Service networks

Networks support practitioners, organisations, and groups with a shared focus to connect with one another. Networks help to build partnerships, relationships, referral pathways and peer support.

Networks also help to gain visibility of what services and resources are available locally, while also identifying service gaps.

Council coordinates and supports a number of local networks.
