The first Council meeting for 2025 is taking place on Tuesday 25 February at 6 pm in-person and online.
Council plays a significant role in supporting events in the Hepburn Shire to be successful, sustainable and compliant. Running an event requires careful and considerate planning. Please follow these three initial steps:
1. Review the Hepburn Shire Event Management Toolkit
2. Use the resources, templates and forms in the toolkit to assist with event planning
3. Discuss your project with Council's Events Officer at events@hepburn.vic.gov.au or 03 5348 2306 and submit your event application form below.
