Important update from our Planning team

To better serve the community and streamline our processes, our planning team will be making some changes to how we handle planning applications and enquiries at our Duke Street office. These changes are designed to help us process applications more efficiently, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Mondays will now be dedicated to processing planning applications. This means our planners will not be available for counter enquiries or phone calls.
  • Tuesday to Friday, we’ll be available on the phones from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. If we’re unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Counter enquiries (without an appointment) will be subject to availability (Tuesday to Friday), so we encourage you to call ahead and schedule an appointment to ensure we can assist you.
Remember, we're here to help, and these changes will mean we can process applications more effectively. Our website is a great source of information, and we highly encourage you to visit there first.
