The Council Plan 2025-2029 is being developed from a range of contributions, including a Deliberative Engagement Panel made up of community members from across the Shire. It's now time for the wider community to have their say on the Plan's priorities for our services and amenities. Complete the survey on our Participate Hepburn webpage before Sunday 27 April. Hard copies at libraries and hubs.
Due to the multiple public holidays, there are some impacts to Council's services and offices.

Nominations are now open for Hepburn Shire’s International Women’s Day Heather Mutimer Honour Roll.
International Women’s Day is celebrated across the world on 8 March each year. The purpose of the day is to recognise women and their achievements.
Mayor, Cr Tim Drylie, said that in 2005 the Heather Mutimer Honour Roll was established to pay tribute to women in the Hepburn Shire.
“Each year as part of International Women’s Day, successful inductees are announced and added to the Honour Roll. The roll provides a forum to acknowledge women who have made a difference in our Shire. By acknowledging these women, past and present, they become role models for generations to come,” said Cr Drylie.
Nominations can be made at https://www.hepburn.vic.gov.au/Residents/Support/Womens-Honour-Roll or community members wanting to nominate an individual can email bobrien@hepburn.vic.gov.au or call 03 5321 6439.
Nominations are open until Thursday 27 October at 2.00pm, and will be announced at an event on the 8 March.
