Hepburn Shire launches customer service in Trentham

Hepburn Shire Council has expanded its services to the Trentham community, adding customer services to the Trentham Library.
Hepburn Shire Council Interim CEO Bradley Thomas said Trentham now has access to the same in-person customer services as Daylesford, Creswick and Clunes.
“We have added an extra staff member to the Trentham Library for those people who would like to do their Council business in person, close to their home.
“Whether you are registering your dog or cat, paying your rates, reporting issues, lodging documents or just want to have a chat about Council services, we invite you to come into the Trentham Library to do so.
“We want to ensure all parts of the Shire have easy access to the same services, so this is an important step for us, and a great result for Trentham and surrounds.
“This new service complements the services we have online, via our website, where you can report issues, make payments and access information about the wide range of Council services,” said Mr Thomas.
The new staff member also means the Trentham Library is no longer closed for lunch on the days it is open, Mr Thomas said.
The Trentham Library is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
