The Hepburn Recreation Reserve Neighbourhood Safer Places - Bushfire Places of Last Resort (NSP-BPLR) is decommissioned. This means it is not a place of last resort and community will need to update their Bushfire Plans.

Remember: Leaving early is the safest option to protect yourself and your family. Leaving early means leaving the area before there are any signs of a fire - not when you can see flames or smell smoke. Leaving early means avoiding panic, being trapped, making the wrong choices and risking serious injury or death.

Council's 6 remaining NSPs are:

  • Glenlyon – Eldon Street (between Molesworth Street and house number 19)
  • Daylesford Central Business District (pavement areas) – Bounded by Bridport, Albert & Camp Streets and Central Springs Road Daylesford
  • Trentham – Camp Street (between Cosmo Road and Bowen Street) Trentham
  • Creswick – Visitor Information Centre Car Park (behind the building), Cnr Victoria Street and Albert Street Creswick
  • Clunes – Central Business District – Fraser Street (between Templeton and Service Streets) Clunes.
