Hepburn Shire Council, in collaboration with Agriculture Victoria, is pleased to announce the inaugural Agriculture Forum to assist Hepburn Shire farmers engage in vital discussions surrounding biosecurity, planning, and emergency management. The forum is scheduled for 9:30am on September 22 at Doug Lindsay Reserve in Creswick.
Mayor Cr Brian Hood said that the Shire’s farming community was a vital part of the local economy.
“We invite all local farmers to join us for a day of knowledge sharing and collaboration. The forum is a testament to Council’s commitment to supporting their growth and resilience.”
“The forum will be an important opportunity to connect with fellow farmers, gain valuable insights for agricultural businesses, and contribute to the future planning of our rural communities,” said Cr Brian Hood.

These teams can provide support and guidance in areas such as emergency management, sustainability, economic development, and other key aspects of agricultural businesses.
