Council has entered a new 21-year Lease for the operation of the Clunes Caravan Park with the incumbent tenants, Matthew and Dorothy Russell.
This continues the commitment from the tenants to improvements at the Clunes Caravan Park since they took over the business 10 years ago.
The business has thrived under their stewardship, and this provides a positive drawcard for visitors to the Clunes township.
Council looks forward to our ongoing good relationship with the Russells.
