The Council Plan 2025-2029 is being developed from a range of contributions, including a Deliberative Engagement Panel made up of community members from across the Shire. It's now time for the wider community to have their say on the Plan's priorities for our services and amenities. Complete the survey on our Participate Hepburn webpage before Sunday 27 April. Hard copies at libraries and hubs.
Due to the multiple public holidays, there are some impacts to Council's services and offices.

Businesses in Hepburn Shire are encouraged to join a business networking evening, hosted by Hepburn Shire Council, on Tuesday 28 November from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the Daylesford Hotel. This event aims to bring together local business owners and operators from across the Shire to celebrate the achievements of the year and to build future connections.
Mayor Brian Hood said Council is committed to supporting the growth and prosperity of the local community.
“Through initiatives like the end-of-year Business Networking Night, Council aims to support businesses and strengthen bonds that make Hepburn Shire a vibrant and prosperous place to do business,” said Cr Hood.
“Our region is home to a diverse range of industries. This evening provides an opportunity for attendees to network with fellow business operators, exchange ideas and establish connections and collaborations,” he said.
Attendance to the event is free, but registration is essential for catering purposes. Interested businesses can register online at https://www.hepburn.vic.gov.au/Business-networking
