Council meetings

Ordinary Meetings of Council are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, excluding January, commencing at 6pm. These meetings are open to the public and are recorded and livestreamed via Council's YouTube channel.

From August 2024, Council Meetings will be held in the Council Chamber at 24 Vincent Street, Daylesford.

Special Council Meetings

Council may hold Special or Statutory Council Meetings to consider particular issues, such as:

  • Submissions regarding Council’s Budget and Council Plan
  • Election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor & Civic Reception
