Mayor and Councillors

Hepburn Shire Council has seven Councillors elected every four years by the community to represent them on local public issues.

Every year Councillors elect a Mayor and Deputy Mayor to serve for 12 months.

Councillor Don Henderson (Mayor)

Cr Don Henderson was elected to represent the Shire in the 2024 Local Government Elections. Councillors voted to elect Cr Henderson as Mayor on 26 November 2024.
